To be eligible for the muscles that you wanted you need to eat right food and enough exercise. You need to increase the supply of meals to continue supply our cells with nutrients and repair the damage done as we work out. Five or six small meals a day should eaten with a balance of protein, carbohydrate and fat. It promotes growth hormone production and nourish the cells after you tear them apart. Lean meats such as chicken, turkey, and pork, and lean cuts of beef and less fatty fish species are wiser dietary choices, because they contain less saturated fat, which is connected not only heart disease and diabetes, but cancer and osteoporosis.

Olive oil and extra virgin olive oil in particular is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E

Milk is good for muscle building, rich in calcium, protein-rich and testosterone control.

Honey is a good workout before and after the material is rich in antioxidants and nourishes your muscles quickly.

Garlic is an antioxidant-rich herb natural healing properties. Garlic is useful for cardiovascular health.


Ofcourse fruits and vegetables that are high in insoluble fiber are essential for health.
